Please read - the plug is a temporary replace - I did that to be able to confirm function. It will need a plug if you hate my ugly replace job which was again just done to verify operational status. I am a 901 owner myself (Series I and Series VI ver 2) and ran it on my own system. I got it as a back up and if I were to keep it I would have the caps redone just because of the age, but it is working right now. I opened it up and photographed the inside for anyone who would wish to be able to see that. This is listed as parts / not working because I cannot guarantee it and it is sold as is. These are not so often seen. I can tell you those Deer Creek replacements simply dont cut it so if you have 901s this is what you need to make them sing. DHS speaker on ebay services these and for a small amount they end up as good as new if not better. Cabinet I feel is better than typical w/ some corner damage / dings as seen in the pics - not too much but just so you know. I got it with the cord / plug cut off for reasons unknown. I put a cord on and affixed w/ wire nuts. Im auditioning it as I write this and its very nice. If you have series I or II this is what youre looking for.
