Tested and working well, with no discern-able distortion, even at higher volumes. The finish is Black Ash, constructed of woodgrain vinyl on particle board as stated on the tag on the bottom of the speaker. The speaker is shown as 6 ohms, but compatible with 4 - 8 ohm systems (again from the bottom tag). There is some light cosmetic damage in 2 places (circled in red in the pictures with multiple views of the same 2 spots). One spot is in the fabric near the top of the speaker. Fabric is partially loose and and appears to have been fastened on with some small brad nails. The other spot. is on one of the bevel faces, just below the fabric and right next to the plastic bezel on the front face, Please see pictures and use the zoom feature to get a better idea of the physical condition and also the specifications from the tag on the bottom of the speaker.
