This listing is for a Bose 501 Series ii Direct/Reflecting Loudspeaker System (Pair) CAUTION: THESE LOUDSPEAKERS ARE DESIGNED TO PLAY MUSIC AND SPEECH WITH AMPLIFIERS HAVING POWER RATINGS UP TO 100 WATTS RMS PER CHANNEL. HOWEVER, THE SPEAKERS CAN BE DAMAGED EVEN WITH LOWER POWER AMPLIFIERS. 4 OHMS, SYNCOM COMPUTER TESTED The woofers were re-foamed in 2011 & have sounded great ever since! Theyve seen some wear over the years but I recently replaced the contact paper on the top surface (which was peeling), hit some of the scuffs with stain, & they cleaned up quite nicely. I will include the remainder of the contact paper roll I used with this purchase. The holes in the back of the left speaker pictured were made with 3/4 wood screws & have been sealed with caulk. BOSE 501 SERIES I From the 70s vintage Reform kit included in the sale Sell more of my vast collection of speakers !! Moving & downsizing !! Rare Bose 501 Mk1 70s 80s, terrific wide sound stage, live music, cool and coffee table sized, rare with decent 10 bass driver & two tweeters. The foam surrounds are perished so need replacing. 10 bass will need  re-foaming new surrounds are easily available on eBay. All 4 tweeters working fine. Cabinets in very good condition for there age. Need collection by Saturday 8/4/2023 Reduced from £200 so bargain
