The Borg-Johnson is an analog small (3.5x7x1.5) portable, 12-band radio. SW covers (in 9 bands)4.70-21.95 MHz. FM is extended to 64 MHz to receive the complete Japanese FM band. AM coverage is normal US with a ferrite rod antenna inside. The exterior antenna extends to a 17 length. It operates off of two D cells (Battery Not included)It has an earphone out jack, a 3v power in jack, a volume control, tuning knob and a switch to change bands: simplicity itself.
