The lights are on, but nobody is home. The unit powers on but doesnt seem to be working. I know it needs service, but not sure WHAT needs serviced! Physically, there are some scuffs, scratches, stains, and color loss spots. Power cord has paint splatter on it. Will come as shown, so please see photos!
