Rare Vintage 1990s Beyerdynamic DT 311 Headphones. These have been tested and are in great working condition. These are very hard to find these days especially in such good working condition. The only down side is that the foam on the head band is supposed to have a fake leather covering which has now worn away but does not effect their use at all. Will include a jack adaptor. Hell all. I am offering a pair of the Legendary, Original Beyerdynamic DT 990 Audiophile Back-Open Headphones. A design that at the time redefined what was possible to achieve from conventional Electro-Dynamic Headphones. In fact, Beyers design goal was to rival Staxs Best Electrostatic models, which were then simply Unrivalled. Suffice to say that they have fully achieved their goal with these, offering impressive resolution, speed and transparency, all the while remaining utterly enjoyable and Musically satisfying. Certainly no mean feat and even today there are few designs that can boast such an all rounded set of capabilities. These remain one of my firm favourites but I own a lot of Beyers and I must reduce my Headphones count! With a 600 Ohm impedance, these will give their best with a Good, powerful Desktop Amp, as they require a generous Voltage swing and decent Current capability.
