We have for sale a paper original factory service manual for a B&O Beogram 3000 (second version), 5005, TX-2, 4500, 7000, 3300, 3500, 5005, 5500, 6500, 8500, 9000, and 9500. B&O made two versions of the 3000 turntable, this is for the second, newer version. Generally clean unless noted otherwise. Please read below for details: We are selling off service manuals from our old shop and that of another friendly competitor from the area. These were both very active repair shops in their day and the manuals got used! We will try to point out any flaws we spot other than ones visible in the pictures. There is often writing in the manuals but generally it is helpful service information to help fix a quirky problem a technician encountered while working on the unit. When it says service notes on back page or see bulletins on the front cover it doesnt necessarily mean they are in this manual! Often the bulletins were kept elsewhere in the shop. PLEASE MAKE SURE THIS MANUAL IS AN EXACT MATCH TO THE COMPONENT YOU HAVE! Bang & Olufsen Denmark Beogram TX Turntable 5653 For Parts Or Repair READ Estate sale find. This turntable is tested and working on both 33 and 45 RPM speeds. The laser-guided queuing function works great, adding a positive to the overall performance. See the video for more information. There are many cosmetic issues issues to report. The center hinge that holds the lid in place snapped off and the lid does not land on the turntable surface properly tho it is still attached. The turntable platter surround plate is loose. The accessories panel is loose. There is a piece of metal that came loose as we were testing it. We dont know its function. It was near the lid hinge but cannot find a way to reattach it. This is a used Bang & Olufsen Beogram TX2 model 5913. This turntable is in very good condition. Cosmetically, it does have light scratching on the dustcover which is consistent for its age. It also has a very small chip on the edge of the dustcover that is pictured. I bought this used for a backup for my other TX2 turntable. I didnt actually use it, but did confirm the tone arm moved and speeds changed between record sizes when I got it. This unit will not ship with a phono cartridge, but should work when one is installed. The transport screws have been tightened, so when you receive this unit, the transport screws must be unscrewed before use. I dont have the factory box, but it will be well packed. I am not accepting returns on this item, so please ask questions.
