There is a small screw that locks the faceplate down that provides access to the bulb. The tiny piece of plastic that the screw goes through is missing. This does not affect the operation of the unit. The plastic cover stays in place and snaps down. I tested unit in all positions, including upside down, and the cover stays in place.
