Tonband BASF Studio Master 911 gebraucht.

***First, please note: there is no buy it now price, this is auction only, so please do not ask*** This lot contains two high quality BASF spools in two cases, all in very good condition, apart from one small mark. In the first photo, it’s on the spool to the left of the picture, in the second photo it’s the lower one of the two and in the third photo, I’ve angled the picture so it shows up in the light on the spool to the right of the image. Otherwise, it’s quite easy to miss it. The mark looks like it’s been inked on, maybe to cover a number or something like that, I don’t know, but I wanted to make certain that potential buyers can see exactly what they’re bidding for! It’s under the letters BA. The cases are in good, solid order with only the odd very mild scuff of shelf-wear. There is writing on the spines of one, but none on the back or front of either box. These spools have been stored in a dry, smoke-free environment. For avoidance of any doubt, these are standard spools for 1/4” tape, NOT 1/2”. The tape has been used and there may be splices - I see leader inserts and both spools are very full up. I cannot offer any guarantees regarding the stability of tape stock that’s around 33 to 37 years old, however I see no evidence of sticky shed. BASF is, in general, one of the most reliable tape types. Essentially, though, what you’re bidding on is two spools spools and their two cases: if you get anything out of the tape, that’s a bonus!
