There are some scuff marks on the dust cover. The turntable is otherwise in great condition. Bang & Olufsen cartridge MMC3 has a bent needle but is still usable.

Ive owned both turntables for about 15 years. Have not used either one in about 4-5 years. The TX2 was sent for service and the needle was purchased new (refurbished) at the time. Im sure they both need a new belt and adjustments, so please consider that when buying, they will require some TLC.Cartridges included are MMC5; MMC4; SMMC4 (I think that is the refurbished one).I have a new baby at home and need to clear space.I cant find the checkbox for free shipping for some reason, but shipping in the US is included.Thank you!

I know next to nothing about record players I know enough to know that Bang & Olufsen makes very nice stereo equipment.The player Powers On, Spins, The arm moves over to the album and drops down then sometimes it will move along the record and others it will not both channels work but they sound that comes out is not great. On the little research I did I think it has to do with the tracking or the needle on the cassette. I looked and the needle looks sharp but once again I am not an expert. This could be a very simple fix for all I know but I am selling it for parts due to not being able to make it work properly in the time I had to spend on it.If it is a simple fix I hope you either use it or sell it and get enjoyment from it one way or the other. It is in great physical condition the only flaw being the circle that is melted in the dust cover (See Picture). IT IS BEING SOLD AS-IS FOR PARTS OR REPAIR I WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON THIS ITEM.

I am reducing my collection of classic Bang and Olufsen equipment and hope to pass it on to someone who is interested in collecting B&O equipment. Very nice Beogram RX. It has been serviced and new high quality belt has been fitted. This unit is designed to have the MMC 1 - 5 range of stylus fitted. Its not included as requirement varies which version is the most appropriate. Many are for sale on Ebay or can be bought new from Soundsmith. Optically the unit is very good apart from a small amount (approx 10 - 15mm) of black paint missing from one of the turntable lines but this could easily be rectified (see first photo towards the top second line).
