B&W Matrix HTM Center Channel Speaker From our favorite era of B&W, we have a black 805 Matrix bookshelf or center channel speaker in perfect working order. We took these in, with a pair of 805 bookshelf speakers, and a pair of 803s, which we still have hooked up. While the following generations of B&W speakers are great as well, we just find these to sound so natural and non fatiguing, and can listen to them all day. The speaker is in perfect working order, and the driver and tweeter are in very good condition. There are some marks and blemishes as follows: The top front, right corner has a small ding that is not very noticeable. The B&W Matrix badge is missing from the front grill. There are light blemishes on parts of the cabinet. See the pictures in the listing for further details. Overall, the speaker presents itself very well. We dont have the original box for this speaker, but we take packaging and shipping seriously. We spare no expense and use heavy duty boxes, several inches of polyethylene foam on all sides of the unit, and use water activated, fiber reinforced tape on all seams. This item was found in a cardboard box of a collection of miscellaneous items. There are no visible damages, and it is in good condition. Both low and high-frequency sounds are functioning properly without distortion. Unit cone, center, and edge are in good condition. The network is also functioning well. It is a 2-way sealed type. Dimensions are 160mm (width) x 245mm (height) x 215mm (depth), with an extended height of 340mm. The weight is approximately 5.5kg. It features a ?12.6cm cross-carbon woofer and a ?2.6cm metal dome tweeter. Frequency response is 65Hz to 40kHz with a sound pressure level of 85dB/W/m. Input power handling is 120W/8? (4? or higher). B&W Bowers & Wilkins ZZ8532 Matrix Tweeter Speaker (1). Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Ground Advantage.

Speakers are tested and working. Show minor wear and a bit of white paint over spray marks. One of the tweeters is dented and has a broken clip on the bottom. The connection for the tweeter on one of the speakers seems loose. It works but is kinda touchy. See photos for more details.

B&W Bowers & Wilkins Matrix 803 Series 2 Speakers in Walnut From what we consider the Golden era of B&W, or at least our favorite era of B&W, we have a gorgeous pair of the Matrix 803 Series 2 speakers with consecutive serial numbers. We love this era of B&W due to the fact that the speakers sound so natural, and are non fatiguing. This pair is still set up in one of our house systems. They just sound amazing. Physically, the speakers are in overall excellent condition. The cabinets have only minor blemishes and no dents, dings, or deep scratches. The grills are in very good condition as well. One of the grills has a small mark in the fabric on the upper right side, and few marks on the right aluminum side piece on the same grill. There are closeups in the pictures on this listing. Both tweeters, while in perfect working order, had the front tabs that clip the front of the tweeter into its bracket break off. (a common issue with these vintage tweeters). We use a small piece of Blue Tack to hold them in place. We will include some Blue Tack with the speakers. The tweeters will be removed for shipping. To install, simply plug them in, and set them in their cradles on the speaker. For further details, see the many pictures in the listing. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us. This is most likely due to the Ferrofluid drying in the tweeter. the speaker is in great physical condition as seen in photos. Sold AS IS for repair or parts. Pair these with the B and W bookshelf speakers also currently listed. A little wear on the top edge and the back edge of one of the units is chipped but otherwise these are in pretty nice shape.
