This B&W Bowers Wilkins 800 12 Subwoofer Driver ZZ07447 is an exceptional item that will enhance your audio experience. It is made by Bowers & Wilkins for the 800 ASW subwoofer model. This may also be the woofer used in 801 matrix speaker, difference being magnet is shielded adding to its magnet depth and length shown in photos. This is a woofer that measures 12 inches with a unit quantity of 1 DRIVE UNIT 300mm (12in) dia long-throw with magnetic shielding. It was manufactured in the United Kingdom in 1996 with topnotch quality. Driver had been reconed at B&W North America in N reading MA. Since then refoamed tested and Then boxed and kept as a back up for 800 ASW sub. Tested b4 listing, foam that attaches cone to frame is in great condition. Close up picture can be seen in 2nd and third pic. It will shipped in a B&W original box designed for this speaker as seen in pictures to make sure it arrives safely. Except for small amount of glue at dust cap and frame after it was re-coned and some minor blemishes on back side it’s in very good condition considering its age.
