Bedeutung der Batteriesymbole Batterien sind mit dem Symbol einer durchgekreuzten Mülltonne gekennzeichnet. Bei Batterien, die mehr als 0,0005 Masseprozent Quecksilber, mehr als 0,002 Masseprozent Cadmium oder mehr als 0,004 Masseprozent Blei enthalten, befindet sich unter dem Mülltonnen-Symbol die chemische Bezeichnung des jeweils eingesetzten Schadstoffes - dabei steht Cd für Cadmium, Pb steht für Blei, und Hg für Quecksilber. Informationen zu Elektro- und Elektronikgeräten Die nachfolgenden Hinweise richten sich an private Haushalte, die Elektro- und/ oder Elektronikgeräte nutzen. Hinweise zur Entsorgung von Elektro- und Elektronikgeräten und zur Bedeutung des Symbols nach Anhang 3 zum ElektroG: Besitzer von Altgeräten haben diese einer vom unsortierten Siedlungsabfall getrennten Erfassung zuzuführen. Diese finden Sie auch auf der Website von Interseroh. 2.Möglichkeiten der Rückgabe von Altgeräten Besitzer von Altgeräten aus privaten Haushalten können diese bei den Sammelstellen der öffentlich-rechtlichen Entsorgungsträger oder bei den von Herstellern oder Vertreibern im Sinne des ElektroG eingerichteten Rücknahmestellen abgeben. Ein Onlineverzeichnis der Sammel- und Rücknahmestellen finden Sie bei der Firma Interseroh. Sie finden die nächstgelegene Rückgabestelle auf den Seiten unseres Recyclingpartners Interseroh. Bitte fordern Sie vorab über die Seite des Recyclingpartners Interseroh einen Rückgabeschein an. Nach Prüfung erhalten Sie einen Voucher, den Sie bei Abgabe des Altgeräts vorlegen müssen. 3. Hinweis zum Datenschutz Auf zu entsorgenden Altgeräten befinden sich teilweise sensible personenbezogene Daten (etwa auf einem PC oder einem Smartphone), die nicht in die Hände Dritter gelangen dürfen. Wir weisen ausdrücklich darauf hin, dass Endnutzer von Altgeräten eigenverantwortlich für die Löschung personenbezogener Daten auf den zu entsorgenden Altgeräten sorgen müssen. 4.Bedeutung des Symbols „durchgestrichene Mülltonne“ Das auf den Elektro- und Elektronikgeräten regelmäßig abgebildeten Symbol einer durchgestrichenen Mülltonne weist darauf hin, dass das jeweilige Gerät am Ende seiner Lebensdauer getrennt vom unsortierten Siedlungsabfall zu erfassen ist. Vertreiber-Information gemäß § 18 Abs. 2 ElektroG Altgeräte Das „Gesetz über das Inverkehrbringen, die Rücknahme und die umweltverträgliche Entsorgung von Elektro- und Elektronikgeräten“ (ElektroG 3) verpflichtet uns als Händler und Sie als Verbraucher zu einem verantwortungsvollen Umgang mit nicht mehr benötigten Elektro- und Elektronikgeräten. Wir nehmen daher, soweit die Voraussetzungen vorliegen, Ihr Altgerät nicht nur im Rahmen von Onlinekäufen zurück, sondern sehen eine Rücknahme vor allem auch im Ladenlokal vor, um vor Ort eine fachgerechte Entsorgung in Kooperation mit einem professionellen Entsorgungsunternehmen zu gewährleisten. Angesichts dieser verschiedenen Optionen bitten wir Sie, speziell bei Onlinebestellungen abzuwägen, ob Sie statt des Rücktransports eines Altgerätes über weite Strecken aus ökologischen Gründen nicht besser eine schnelle und umweltschonende Entsorgung vor Ort vorziehen möchten. Das Gerät kann weitere Markierungen mit folgender Bedeutung haben: Pb: Batterie enthält Blei Cd: Batterie enthält Cadmium Hg: Batterie enthält Quecksilber Batterien oder Akkus, die nicht fest verbaut (also den Geräten entnehmbar sind), sowie Lampen, die zerstörungsfrei aus dem Altgerät entnommen werden können, müssen vor der Rückgabe getrennt werden. Rücknahme von Altgeräten Altgeräte mit einer Kantenlänge von jeweils höchstens 25 cm können Sie unabhängig vom Kauf neuer Produkte in haushaltsüblicher Menge kostenlos in unserem Ladenlokal abgeben. Wir kümmern uns um eine fachgerechte Entsorgung. Größere Altgeräte, bei denen das ElektroG eine Rücknahme definiert, nehmen wir bei Neukauf eines typgleichen Geräts ebenfalls gerne kostenfrei zurück. Rücknahme von Altgeräten bei Versand im Rahmen von Onlinebestellungen Für bestimmte Gerätekategorien können Sie beim Kauf eines Neugerätes die Rücknahme und Entsorgung eines typgleichen Altgerätes beauftragen. Diesen Service können Sie im Warenkorb auswählen. Großgeräte, die per Spedition geliefert werden Sofern ein Neugerät aufgrund seiner Abmessungen oder Gewichts nicht per Paketdienst versendbar ist, beauftragen wir entweder eine Spedition mit der Auslieferung oder liefern Ihr neues Gerät selbst. Dabei wird auf Wunsch ein typgleiches Altgerät kostenlos mitgenommen und danach fachgerecht entsorgt. Das Gerät darf keine Flüssigkeiten verlieren (Kühl- und Gefriergeräte abtauen, bei Waschmaschinen Zulaufschläuche und Flusensieb entfernen), Anbauteile wie Schläuche, Kabel etc. müssen transportsicher angebracht sein. Zerstörungsfrei entnehmbare Batterien, Akkus und Lampen müssen dem Altgerät entnommen sein. Geräte, die per Paketdienst geliefert werden Sofern es sich beim Neugerät um ein Produkt handelt, das per Paketdienst versendet wird, kann aus logistischen Gründen die Rücknahme nicht direkt mit der Anlieferung verbunden werden. Sofern Sie eine Rücknahme eines typgleichen Altgerätes im Bestellprozess beauftragen, organisieren wir eine Abholung durch einen Paketdienst. Bitte beachten Sie, dass dabei kein Wunsch-Datum vereinbart werden kann.
