Up for auction is a vintage Arvin Electric Transistor AM/FM Solid State Clock Radio. The model no. on the back is 48R16 - Avocado; 48R18 - Walnut Wood Grain. The Code number is 1.80502. It was made by Arvin Industries in Columbus, Indiana. Arvin Industries operated in Columbus, Indiana from 1925 to 2011. This radio dates from the 1960s. It is in good working order. There is a chip on the left edge, along with a crack on the left side. The alarm knob on the back is also missing although the screw for it.
