Purchased a little over a year ago it was taken care of in a pet free, smoke free home, the plastic is still on the digital display. Unit is fully broken in and in mint condition. The remote is fully functional but there is a little plastic piece that has come loose in there and makes noise(full transparency). This amplifier is quite the step up for anyone rocking an Audiolab 6000a, this is a fully balanced dual mono version that does everything better.
