Normally working used cartridge with new replacement stylus. I dont know whats the model number of the cartridge, but it has identical design as Rega R100, Tectron T812C, Sonovox 101 (SX-50S stylus), Acutex M210 MKII and some other cartridges. I found this cartridge on Audio Reflex MR-140 turntable. Ask for expected delivery period, since the one projected by eBay calculator often isnt correct. Otherwise, please dont open cases or ask for a refund, though eBay allows you to do that.
