PARTS ONLY . RARE MACHINE 1988 COLLECTABLE WITH BOX This system is mint . Unfortunately there is something wrong with the discs being read. It could be the laser lens or it could be something else. It makes a humming noise when it is trying to read the disc and then the noise stops and the machine is unable to read the disc. Also when the tray closes , it needs a little push at the end. With a little oil it could close perfect. That’s a minor issue. All the buttons work perfect. There’s no scratches on the screen and overall this machine is in great condition including the cord. The machine is extremely rare. With a little tlc I’m sure it can be fixed fairly easily or use it for parts . These are all my pictures. You get exactly as pictured . Make a bid! Thanks for looking. Audio Dynamics was manufactured by dbx corp. of Newtown, MA and made in Japan. I purchased this tuner in the late 1980s from Nobody Beats The Wiz on the Upper West Side of Manhattan for approximately $100. It works flawlessly and sounds amazing when it has a strong FM signal.
