Postage: If youre looking to purchase multiple items, be sure to ADD THEM TO YOUR BASKET, to combine payment & postage. Most items are sent via Royal Mail (large letters & small parcels). Anything large or heavy will be with a courier service. Postage is FREE within the UK (unless stated) & sent 2nd class standard. Other postage options are available at checkout for an extra fee. ALL items over £25 will be sent tracked/ signed for. Items purchased over the weekend, will be dispatched on Monday. *Except bank holiday(s)* International Postage: We currently only ship to the United Kingdom & Channel Islands. Issues? Each listing is made with honesty & accuracy. Please get in contact with us with any issues you may have with an item, postage, etc. Damaged/ Lost items. Every once in a blue moon, an item may get damaged, or possibly lost in the post. These things happen, & once an item has been dispatched from ourselves, it is in the hands of the postage courier! If your item has arrived damaged, please let us know so we can advise. If your item is yet to arrive, please allow 14 working days from the dispatch date for the item to be delivered. Once 14 days have passed, we can either get another item sent out (depending on stock), or process a refund. No refund will be issued before the 14 day period. Please get in contact within the 14 day period so we are aware! Returns: ALL Items have a 30 day return policy. Buyer pays return postage. Items must be returned in the exact condition it was sent. E.g. If the item is sent factory sealed, it must arrive back factory sealed. Returns outside of the 30 days will not be accepted, & youll need to go through the manufacture of the product. If the item has a genuine fault, the return will be free of charge. Anyone trying to break the T&Cs of the business or eBay, or fraudulent/ scammers, will be dealt with accordingly.
