I’ve had these speakers since 1990. Ive used them occasionally but for the most part they have been stored. I have them hooked up and ready for you to hear them. Local pick up only. They are heavy and would cost too much to ship

Akai Sw-155 Speakers Vintage 4 way Loudspeakers Tokyo Japan 1973 rare monsters. These speakers are highly sought after and hard to find. They are made in Japan from the 70s and are in great condition considering their age. They sound amazing, with no undesirable noise coming through. The high range and mid range knobs work properly in certain positions, but not in others. The sound does not stop coming out, but the transition of mids and highs throughout the knobs is not smooth. The speakers work and sound fantastic in most knob positions, and the knobs can be disregarded when wired through a receiver, which can control the equalizer functions.
