I bought at a local yard sale. The Who unit is very nice. The Turntable still had the cover on the stylus and the belt taped down. I put the belt on, plugged it in and nothing. Very disappointed. The start button presses in but doesnt stay in. Im guessing the owning didnt realize you had to put the belt on and messed up the start button. So all parts are new, but I cant get it to work. Aiwa PX-E855K full automatic belt-driven stereo turntable system. Speed: 33rpm and 45rpm. Includes mains lead and stereo audio cable (both fitted to turntable). Turntable has been in my possession since it was purchased from Currys in 1999 and has served me well, but I have finally upgraded to a newer model. Tested and working but the stylus has never been changed in 24 years, so would probably benefit from a replacement. The main issue is that the lid has a large crack down the middle, caused during a house move, in addition to many scratches. Performance is not obviously affected.

I have had to list this for repairs as it does not work as it should. The issue seems like a very simple fix but i cant work it out. The issue is the deck is dropped down to low and keeps hitting the motor where the belt goes round. Due to this its sold for repairs. The motor works fine however. This is in good cosmetic condition.
