This example is in very good, clean cosmetic condition and has been looked after by just the one owner since new. It has minimal age related wear. A few light marks but nothing significant and the front facia is excellent. Remarkable condition considering its age. The unit had been sat in storage for a few years. The belts were perished and it needed a service. I have spent hours fully servicing the deck and carried out the following: The front facia has been stripped and all buttons and switches, cleaned and relubricated (a common issue of these, as the old grease dries after years and the buttons become sticky and unresponsive). They are now lovely and clicky just like when new.The pinch rollers and head have been cleaned.The capstan shafts cleaned and relubricated.Brand new good quality belts fitted.Idler wheel inspected and cleaned.Whole mechanism cleaned and degreased and relubricated where necessary.Brand new mains UK Plug fitted.All switches and pots cleaned with contact clean.Whole deck cleaned throughly inside and out.
