This listing is for two ADS 206-0117 tweeters and two ADS 206-0211 mid-range speakers. One tweeter is blown. The other three speakers work, but have damage to their cones. Some have white Styrofoam stuck to the cone the other has some of the black grill cloth stuck to it. These are being sold as-is for rebuilding. There is a gentleman by the name of Richard So that will rebuild these for you for a reasonable price. I have packaged and shipped many speakers with no damage reports. Offered for your consideration is an ADS part #206-0101 1 inch dome tweeter removed from my L300C speakers, USA-manufactured in 1983. This model tweeter was used in many other ADS speakers from the late 1970’s into the 1980’s—L200, L200C, L200CC, L300, L300CC, L300W, 300i, 2001, 2002, and L10—and appears to be identical to the less frequently found 206-0101A and 206-0102 tweeters. So, please have a look at the large photos and read the remaining description to decide if this capable ADS high frequency driver is correct for your needs. This ADS tweeter is in clean, excellent condition. It has a structurally sound radiating surface with just a couple of tiny dimples. Plus, the black-enameled metal faceplate looks great with just some finish wear at the flange edges by the mount holes. Also, there is no oxidation on the large magnet or retention screws. And, the +/- terminals measure the industry standard .205”, are marked for polarity (red dot side is positive), and have never been soldered on the spades. Overall, this tweeter is very nicely preserved. Most importantly, it’s been fully tested and sounds great as you’d expect from ADS—very strong and clear with remarkable high-frequency detail as rated to a full 20kHz. Plus, I tested the DC resistance at 4.3?, consistent with a 4-6 ohm nominal driver rating. Lastly, the faceplate measures 3?” wide x 2 9/16” high, it stands 1” tall (not incl. the protruding dome), and the mounting holes are spaced 3¼” long way, 1 15/16” short way, c-t-c. This is a nice find if your L300C, or other suitable ADS model, has a blown or damaged tweeter and will have your speakers sounding their best again in no time! Plus, long discontinued and rising in price every year on the resale market, it’s a great spare to have around just in case! This pair of ADS L690 crossovers is in clean, excellent condition. The large plastic mounting plates have no cracks, chips, or scratches. They feature heavily wound copper inductors, high quality resistors and capacitors, and were recently tested to function perfectly with the factory drivers. In addition, they have sturdy +/- binding post terminals that can accommodate banana plugs, pins, and large gauge raw wire. Also, everything’s clearly marked on the boards and I neatly bound the wires for the new owner’s convenience upon delivery. Overall, these ADS crossovers are very well preserved. Offered for your consideration is an ADS part #206-0340 5¼ inch woofer removed from an L300C speaker manufactured in 1983. The #206-0340 was also used in ADS’ L300W, L300CC and was the replacement for the foam-surround 206-0320. It is equivalent to the 206-0403 and 206-0337 according to an old ADS dealer parts list. So, please have a look at the large photos and read the remaining description to decide if this very capable ADS mid/bass driver is correct for your needs. This ADS woofer is in clean, excellent condition. The sturdy textured paper cone is perfect and so is the voice coil dustcap. Plus, the surround is permanent butyl rubber. Also, the enameled steel basket is in great shape with no dings just a bit of common oxidation on the mounting flange. The #206-0340 was also used in ADS’ L300W, L300CC and was the replacement for the foam-surround 206-0320. It is equivalent to the 206-0403 and 206-0337 according to an old ADS dealer parts list. This ADS woofer is in clean, excellent condition. The sturdy textured paper cone is perfect and so is the voice coil dustcap. Plus, the surround is permanent butyl rubber. This model tweeter was used in many other ADS speakers from the late 1970’s into the 1980’s—L200, L200C, L200CC, L300, L300CC, L300W, 300i, 2001, 2002, and L10—and appears to be identical to the less frequently found 206-0101A and 206-0102 tweeters. So, please have a look at the large photos and read the remaining description to decide if this capable ADS high frequency driver is correct for your needs. This ADS tweeter is in clean, excellent condition. It has a structurally sound radiating surface with just a couple of tiny dimples. Plus, the black-enameled metal faceplate looks great with just some finish wear at the flange edges by the mount holes. Also, there is no oxidation on the large magnet or retention screws. Vintage ADS PA-1 Plate AMPLIFIER PAIR For L1290 L1590 Tower Floor Stereo Speaker. Came out of L1290’s. One seems to work but at a lower volume than should be. Other I got no power from. I did pop the covers for pictures but I did not check the fuses. That is far beyond my expertise. Sold as is for parts. No power cords included. NOTE: I am leaving town early Friday morning the 7th.
