Turns on and seems to work well. All lights turn on and each channel selection led works. I havent used a system like this before so I am not positive of all the elements but I offer free returns if you are not satisfied. Only defect I did find and, Im not even sure if it is a defect, is that the seek manual and audio mute buttons do not stay pressed down like the other 3 they are aligned with.
