ADC 1600 direct drive turntable. Fully functioning and tested ADC direct drive turntable with tonearm. Issues:the lid has lots of marks on it, it looks like cracks but it isnt: it has been stored with a cable compressed against it for what must be a very long time. The cable has sort of embeded itself into the lid.The lid looks messy but it might be able to be cleansed by someone who know what theyre doing, I didnt want to risk adding marks or cracking it. This ADC is in fully working order, the arm return does function at the end of the record.Unlike the 1700 this has a strobe window and manual pitch/speed adjustment, which is quite straightforward and one less thing to go wrong compared to the 1700.The arm seems to be based upon the ALT-1. Dont be fooled by the automatic nature of this turntable it is not a toy and is very well built and heavy!!!The four feet work as a kind of suspension which is a lot less prone to bounce than a fully suspended turntable. Shipping is going to be tricky as the turntable is very heavy and trying to send it with the lid will be problematic.Lids tend to get broken through items being shipped/stored on their side or upside down.Consequently I wont accept returns or offer refunds if the lid is cracked if you choose the single package option of shipping but give you the option.
