Acurus A200X5 5 Channel Home Theater Power Amplifier Mondial 200x5 in 8 ohms (20-20khz) all channels driven or 300x5 watts in 4 ohms (20-20khz) all channels driven. Gold plated 5 way speakers binding posts. Gold plated RCA inputs Green power LED works (doesn't flicker like some Acurus units.) Front, top and sides are in nice cosmetic shape with minor scratches from normal use. See the photos for details. The amp turns on, but only four channels pass sound. There is strong hum on the middle one. No further testing has been done. Due to this condition and its age I am listing it for parts only.  THE AMPLIFIER IS SOLD AS IS! FOR PARTS. NO RETURNS!

Up for auction is an ACURUS 200X3, power amplifier. The amplifier has 3 channels at 200W RMS/channel and two large power supply filter caps at 24000uF each. The unit is in almost excellent condition, considering the age (see the pictures). This is a 120V model, S/N 7158. All the questions are very welcome. I moved recently in US from Greece, where I was working in Greek Nakamichi service during 90s and I have all the professional equipment (original test tapes, oscilloscope, wow & flutter meter, distortion meter, frequency response meter, CR-7 test unit, 1000ZXL test unit). Up for sale is my Acurus A200X3 amplifier. 200W per channel @ 8-Ohms. 350W per channel @ 4-Ohms. Made in the USA by Mondial, the same company that makes the renowned Krell brand. Glass epoxy circuit board (not paper). Fully discrete solid state devices (not low cost integrated circuits). Higher cost metal film resistors (not cheaper carbon resistors). High gauge metal chassis with permanently attached nuts and machine screws (not sheet metal screws).
