Selling a nice tweeter/midrange assembly from a vintage AR9 LSI. I have two of these available - this auction is for just one. Both of the drivers in each assembly have been tested and are working great. The domes are in solid shape. Part number is: AR 1-2400180. I also have the woofers and the lower midrange drivers from the AR9 LSIs for sale as well. Im not sure what other models of Acoustic Research speakers these may fit, but I assume they will fit others as well.

Offered is a OEM Acoustic Research tweeter for AR-4X, removed from a working AR-4X speaker. Including 4 original screws and the original gasket. Condition is used. Removed from a working AR-4X this tweeter is in very good shape. Surround is nice and soft, there are no cracks or tears. The dust cap is not pushed in. There is some rust - can be seen in the images. Speaker cabinets were in bad shape but still played great as can be seen in the video. In the video this would be the tweeter on the left speaker - there is a paper with a “L” on it, this is so I keep them straight. There is no part info on it but one of the woofers had 1973 on it.
