This is a pair of Acoustic Research AR-2aX Speakers. The cabinets are in good, used condition, as you can see in the pictures. We hooked them up and they sound absolutely great. They were purchased by an avid audiophile and they come from his estate. These efficient speakers are a great match for tube amps. Upper frequency reproduction is smooth and transparent, while the bass response is deep and tight. You really need to hear them to appreciate them. The serial numbers are #006491 and #006494.
