This listing is for a set of RareAnthony Gallo Acoustics Nucleus 3.5 Speaker set. These speakers are in excellent condition. These operate without issues.These come in the original boxes with original foam protection. The only issue is that they are missing the original bottom pads.These were called Elastomer pads.The previous owner that I got these from had damaged one set while moving them around. He then removed the other and I have never had them. For those who are not familiar with the 3.5 system.This was the upgrade over the 3.1 system.The tweeter received redesigns. The Strada drivers in the modules are still the very nice and reliable Strada drivers.The woofer/subwoofer was reworked from apaper driver to an aluminum driver. The 3.1s retailed new for around 3K.These were so upgraded that they retailed for around 6K. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND READ THE REVIEWS.THESE ARE COMPARABLE TO SPEAKERS COSTING WELL OVER 10K. The sound of these are amazing.These work best if used in bi-amp mode. I would recommend using a tube amp on the top drivers.This is because the tweeter is for highs,the Strada driers are actually a full range driver.This results in a very detailed, very smooth sound.The woofer/subwoofer is best supplied with a high current amp.Anthony Gallo company actually made a sub amp that mated to this unit.It was very flexible and had the ability to custom set yourcrossover point and more for the lower end. Please look very carefully at the photos for an idea of condition and appearance of the units. These are currently boxed up and stored in a climate controlled storage unit.
