A Really Rare Gem! Accuphase (Kensonic Labs) P-300 Power Amplifier. I am the original Owner. Purchased in 1979 - It has provided many years and many moments of exhilarating music! Several years ago, I decided to have Amplifier Surgery located in Chicago - restore the Amplifier.They replaced the Main Electrolytic Caps (Which were known to dry out and fail....) as well as the Output Transistors.They also replaced the 2-prong AC outlet withe the more universal 3-prong NEMA AC Jack.They also replaced the input jacks to gold-plated RCA in.Other necessary resistors/caps were replaced as needed. They did an outstanding job! They assured 20+ years of more life because of what they did. The video of their restoration on my Amp is STILL on their website!! I can say, the sound is amazing!! I regret having to sell this because it has been so much a part of my life. But downgrading and changes to my living situation as necessitated this. The Amplifier is as good condition as can be expected for its ages and vintage quality. There are very minor scratches and oxidation that should be expected from any electronic device that has lasted this long.They certainly dont build them like this anymore! Never abused, Non-smoking environment. Mostly Classical and Jazz were played through this amp, a C-200 and B&W Speakers. Absolutely stunning. Included with this Amplifier is the AC power cord, and BOTH Original owners Manual (!) - as well as the Service Manual. That can come in VERY handy should any additional work be desired. This amplifier is as good as it gets - from a classic time of High-End Audio Component design and builds. PLEASE NOTE!! As much as I would like to offer Free Shipping, I cannot.
