Soweit ersichtlich wurden die einzelnen Modulabdeckungen vermutlich noch nie geöffnet, sodass von einem Gerät im original Zustand auszugehen ist. Optisch zeigt der C-200V an Deckel und Gehäusefront nur geringe Gebrauchsspuren. Die Holzseitenteile zeigen allerdings einige Macken und stellenweise auch eine Veränderung des Klarlacks (Mattierung).
