The E-550 is Accuphases first Pure Class A pre-main amplifier which garnered significant attention for its excellent performance and audio quality. It is a full model change from the highly praised E-530 and was born as the flagship pre-main amplifier at that time. Although I am an amateur in audio, the sound quality that passes through the E-550 is very clear and beautiful.
