HUGE & RARE Vintage PHILIPS Holland Aluminum horn speakers. What a find! These are a great set of vintage horns ready for your DIY project. I had plans for them but time hasnt permitted it the past 8 years, so its up to you to turn these into something nice and functional. They are very large in size with a outer horn/bell diameter of 42cm ( 16 1/2 inch ) and a length of 40cm ( 15 3/4 inch ) Weight is just under 5 kilograms ( 11 lbs ) The speaker shown in the last 2 pictures is not included, it is to show the size of theinside diameter. This speaker has a outside diameter of 21,5cm ( +/- 8 1/2 inch )The Philips AD 9710 speaker fits in these horns. Nicely cast thick aluminum with large Philips logo that from my research dates thesebetween 1938 to 1950s. I was not able to find these exact models online after manyhours of searching. These will be very well packed to insure they reach you in good order.Will most likely be shipped in 2 large boxes, this to prevent damage. Philips Vintage HiFi 9710 AM Speaker Drivers Stereo RARE!! TUBE AMP 800 OHM. Up for auction is very rare set of 800 ohm speaker drivers. Built in 1960, they are the best of the best of Alnico Philips. Build your own speaker cabinets, use these drivers. Made for OTL amplifiers Philips AG9014, AG9015, HF304 etc (also available). They are both in very fair condition, left speaker measures 735 ohm, right speaker 729 ohm. Its a great pair matched. They both have one small tear in the paper edge, they may be fixed but can also be used as-is. One speaker has 2 very little holes. I tried to show all blemishes. For the age they are in very good condition. International shipping possible, please ask for options.
