This has been my home preamp for ten years. Its in excellent cosmetic and functional condition. Nothing is broken. Every feature works. It includes the owners manual and both remotes that came with it. Not sure why it came with two. Ive replaced it with a McIntosh MX100 for the FLAC and 4K support. I have the original inner packing box, and I think the outer is original as well because it fits tightly, but Im not sure. I bought the unit used from Audio Classics, so the outer box may be theirs.
