I installed these (2) multizone amps in my house in 2004. I am now upgrading to Juke+ so I can control with my phone. The intellitouch keypads have always been problematic. I have 3 of those and 3 ir keypads with one remote. The ir keypads respond correctly to the remote and that is how i used the system for the last few years. I also have a bunch of numeric keypads that I never even attempted to use.
