They have some dust on them as they were installed in a former pro basketball player’s home in Arizona for years. They hung from the factory eye rings since gas was a dollar a gallon I think. No humidity warping the cabinets!!!! Never fell from the ceiling ????…. The family gave them to me as they had no need for “wired” speakers. The cabinets are in great condition and the speaker screens are too ( or whatever you call them) **The only minor issue is the thin plastic trim piece on the left one that has the BOSE symbol on it. During my car ride back to Illinois it detached from its mounts. I am not going to play games and glue it or epoxy it back and lie and say it’s perfect. I’ll let you do that and it will take 20 seconds to reattach it. I play no games and don’t bull$hit on my stuff????????????????????????????????… The speaker material seem to be in the same awesome condition as well. I HAVE NOT TESTED them and don’t have anything to hook them up to. They don’t make this $hit like they used to and for audiophiles these are pretty sweet. Please see the pics and no returns! Selling these for my folks who bought them new in the early 80s. They have sat in the same spot since, lightly used and never in direct sunlight. All the drivers work and surrounds are intact. The speaker grills are in excellent shape and have all their posts. The small decorative Bose trim pieces have been glued in place as the posts that keep in place have crumbled-these parts are decorative and do not affect the sound. One speaker has a slightly dinged corner-please see pics for details. They have some dust here and there but they still sound great! I will ship anywhere jn the US or local pickup in the Providence, RI area.
