Works great, adult owned and smoke-free home. Last pic shows it powered up but its hard to tell the lights are on. I bought this new from Amazon for $200 in September 2019. I used it with an optical cable from my Samsung TV and it worked great with my cable, PS4, DVD player, and my turntable. For a sound bar, its legit. The sound is great for gaming and movies. I have absolutely no complaints and would still be using it but I upgraded to a Bose 5.1 system now that I own a home. This is great for somebody that doesnt want to mess with speakers, speaker wire, or if they live in an apartment. I must also complement Yamaha for making it easy to connect via Bluetooth to peoples phones. I have had a few parties where people constantly want to play their own music and this allowed them to connect painlessly and quickly. Even for music it pumps but if you want earth-shattering bass, you will need a sub. I am an adult that isnt into the 20-30hz bass and I took care of this thing. I rarely had it over 50% volume, which is pretty loud. There is an extra bass function and I never used it other than the first week when I was still test-driving it. It sounds better without the extra bass setting if you ask me. Remote comes with it and that works too. Sorry for the shipping cost but this thing is heavy (8lb in a box) and oddly shaped. Ill probably lose money on the $15 shipping and handling fee.
