There are some scuffs, dents, scratches, dirty spots, dust, etc. Turns on, and each switch & button seem to work fine. I did not test any outputs. The power button tabs are broken as seen in pictures. You can still turn on unit easily with your finger. I have bagged and taped the button onto the inside of the case. There are no feet on the bottom of the unit, and there are screws that can scratch the surface you put the unit on. No remote control. No noticeable smell.
