Yamaha C-65 Control Amplifier/Preamp. Very good condition overall. All controls have been cleaned and all functions tested. It sounds perfect. These units sometimes have broken plastic rails where the cover attaches on the bottom. This one was repaired with plastic welding and washers under the screws. This is a great preamp with a high quality build. Look at all those quality caps. Here is a sad story that worked out great for the next owner. The unit came to me dead. The transformer was shot. I decided to fix it. No transformer available. Based on the power requirement and the extra room inside, it was determined I could put two (2) available transformers in place of one. Success! Controls cleaned. Minor wear and tear. For sale a nicely working preamp. Sorry, no remote.
