I have tested this and it works fine. This does NOT come with a remote however it can be fully functioned using the buttons on the unit. On the whole this is in good condition however there are some cosmetic marks on the top. The best way to see the exact cosmetic condition is to flick through the photos. Toshiba v-851uk VHS Recorder. In great working order. Cosmetically, it has quite a few scratches on top as seen in the photo. Comes with remote. The rotating wheel on the remote for fast forward/rewind I believe does not work with this model. You have to use the conventional buttons on the remote. Comes with no cables other than the power cord. TV is NOT included!

This is sold needed repairs. It boots up fine takes the tape however when you press play it starts then stops and goes back to the home screen. I have included a video so you can see exactly what i mean. Due to this this is sold as NOT WORKING. The absolute best way to see exactly what you are getting is to flick through all the photos.
