PIONEER SX950 STEREO RECEIVER JUST BACK FROM THE TECHS BENCH LAST WEEK...HE RE-DID THE POWER SUPPLY BOARD AND THE PROTECTION BOARD,IM TOLD THE MOST COMMON ISSUE WITH THE SX950(YOU CAN SEE WHAT WAS ALL CHANGED OUT.)..ALSO NEW LED LIGHTS ACROSS THE TOP AND ONE AUX LIGHT WAS REPLACED AS IT WAS OUT NOW WORKING...BECAUSE I WAS SELLING THIS THATS ALL I HAD HIM DO..IF I WAS KEEPING IT I WOULD OF DONE MORE...BUT THE PRICE TAG WAS $250+ AS IT WAS.I WANTED TO KEEP THE COST DOWN AS A TOTALLY REDONE ONE IS OVER 2 GRAND NOW..IT NOW TURNS ON AND PLAYS MUSIC....I CAN HEAR STATIC IN THE LEFT CHANNEL BUT ITS NOT CONSTANT,MY GUESS IS POTS OR CONTROLS BUT I DONT KNOW..I JUST WANTED IT WORKING TO PASS IT ALONG.....PRETTY DECENT OVERALL SHAPE..I DO SEE ONE KNOB IS DIFFERENT FROM THE REST(SHOWN IN PICS).SAME SIZE JUST DIFFERENT PATTERN...I ONLY TIRED THIS WITH AUX AND A CD PLAYER AND TESTED FM..NO OTHER TESTING...IM SELLING AS FOR REPAIR OR PARTS MAINLY BECAUSE OF SCAMMERS AND PARTS CHANGERS AND THE FACT IT WILL NEED TO BE LOOKED AT FURTHER..SORRY BUT THATS JUST HOW IT IS SO IF YOU NEED WARRANTY ETC ...MOVE ON!.
