The front glass looks to of lost the adhesive that kept it in place so it is loose, a small but of glue or any adhesive would work perfectly. As see. In one of the last pictures there is a bit of crosion left over but still worked great. I don’t have a cassette so I can’t 100% everything but the forward and rewind button work alongside with buttons lighting up.

This has been tested and working excellent. All functionality and play and recording. This is super clean. Looks almost mint. very clean with the case. Here we have one of the best, if not THE BEST, Walkman ever made: the Sony Professional WM-D6C. Please carefully inspect all provided pictures as they accurately depict the cosmetic condition. As you can see, the Walkman is in mostly good condition. The issues are as follows: Battery holder and AC adapter not included. During storage, batteries were left in the compartment and leaked. The holder compartment in the Walkman requires further cleaning. Some of the battery leakage reached the door and is visible from the outside. And now for the good: I tested this unit using an AC adapter (not included), and it works and sounds very good. I have provided a short video of this item in play mode. Both channels are playing, and the sound is as expected. I also conducted a short recording, and it records properly. The meter lights work, and all buttons and switches are responsive. The volume control may have some static when adjusting the volume. I will include the original leather carrying pouch in the pictures. That's about all I can tell you about this item.
