Cosmetically: Some scratches, and a light dusting of white spray on the front. Mechanically:What works:- drawer opens correctly- drawer rotates into correct 5 places when Disc skip is pressed to load discs.- drawer retracts correctly- screen is nice and bright and fully working.- new belt on the carousel rotation motor- re-greased the carousel support wheels, and pinion gear for rotation What doesnt work:- sometimes, it doesnt detect that any disc is inserted. It will rotate through all 5 positions and test them, but decide there are no discs. I verified the raising mechanism works, and the laser eye raising/lowering works- sometimes, it rotates between a couple positions, like it doesnt know what disc its on.- the discs dont spin at the correct speed because it cant seem to grip the disc fully (even though the raising/lowering works). I checked other similar Sony CD changes and the bottom disc is metal, pretty smooth without a rubber grip, just like this, so it doesnt seem to be missing any parts. It spins, but doesnt grasp the disc, and then fails and stops.

This Sony CDP from 1991 is in very good condition and works in every way. Tested CD tray many times and confirmed the remote still works with no rattling parts. Hooked this unit up to my Sony STR-Dh820 multi-channel AV receiver and the audio quality is exceptional. Unit itself does show some wear from aging so please see pics. CD pictured in tray was used for testing and not included in this listing.

Hallo, ich verkaufe hier diesen CD-Player, Sony CDP-395. Zur Optik: Der CD-Player hat am Gehäuse ein paar Gebrauchsspuren. Beim Netzkabel ist eine kleine Stelle etwas angekratzt - das schadet der Funktion aber nicht und die Isolation ist auch lediglich am Außenmantel etwas beschädigt (siehe Foto). Zur Funktion: Der CD-Player funktioniert zwar generell, lässt sich aber durch Vibrationen leicht aus dem Konzept bringen, sodass die Musik dann springt. Manchmal springt die CD auch grundlos. Das liegt wahrscheinlich daran, dass der Laser gereinigt und neu eingestellt werden muss. Damit jetzt keiner denkt, dass ich irgendwelche weiteren Probleme verschweige, verkaufe ich ihn nicht explizit als defekt, da er es nicht wirklich ist, sondern lediglich einer Wartung bedarf! Der CD-Spieler ist also etwas für Liebhaber, die ihn wieder zu seiner hundertprozentigen Funktion bringen können! Ansonsten hat er ziemlich coole Features für die übersichtliche Titelauswahl sowie neben dem Line-Ausgang auch einen Ausgang mit regelbarer Lautstärke und ist eben ein HiFi-Klassiker! Sogar die Mini LED vom Lautstrkeregler der Kopfhrer leuchtet noch. Dies ist sehr selten. Das Display ist immernoch schn hell und hat keine Fehler und auch keine Kratzer. Natrlich funktioniert er und die Fernbedienung tadellos. Das Highlight an diesem Player ist, da er einen Soundprozessor verbaut hat. Das merkt man wenn man ihn mit einem anderen CD Player vergleicht. Und auch mit der richtigen Anlage verbindet. Er klingt einfach super. Ich hatte ihn auch gebraucht gekauft. Er stand lange in meinen Diensten. Ich habe leider keinen Platz mehr.
