You may return most products for a refund during the first 30 days from the invoice date (excluding shipping and handling charges). You must return the product in its original or equivalent packaging that was shipped to you, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk if the product is lost or damaged in shipment. For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for their original and return shipping costs. Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund.
