The cassette door is broken. It stays in place but when eject is used, it flies off. I did manage to play a cassette, and it produce sound, but sounded bad and eat the tape up! The radio works fine, but the left speaker is quite a bit louder than the right. This can be adjusted with the balance lever, which sorts the issue, but certainly shouldnt be like this. For sale is this great Sharp GF-9090E Ghetto Blaster/Boom BoxPLEASE ENSURE YOU READ THE WHOLE LISTING BEFORE PURCHASE. SOLD AS FAULTY AND NO RETURNSFor its age I would class this ghetto blaster as being in a fair/OK/good condition with marks, scuffs, scratches, knocks, chips and signs of wear and use. I gave it a bit of a clean up but would certainly benefit from a through clean and freshen up. Stunning looking Ghetto blaster (was the kind of thing I used to spend hours looking at in shop windows and the Argos catalogue, back in the day) which does work but has a few issues which would need looking at before use (or just have it on display as is!!) The cassette door is broken. It stays in place but when eject is used, it flies off. I did manage to play a cassette, and it produce sound, but sounded bad and eat the tape up! The radio works fine, but the left speaker is quite a bit louder than the right. This can be adjusted with the balance lever, which sorts the issue, but certainly shouldnt be like this.
