This unit is being sold as is with no returns. It mostly has issues with the left side not working and not lighting up and with the tape monitor button. There is a broken slider and there very well may be other issues as well. I can make no guarantees on functionality whatsoever. There is plenty of wear and signs of age so please see all pictures for details. Vintage Pioneer SG-9800 Graphic EqualizerPicked this equalizer up with the power button pushed in. I removed the cover to find plastic rod from power button to switch was disconnected. I used a thin piece of wire to tie the two together. (See picture with red arrow) All slider move nicely, all slider lights on left side working, two slider knobs on the right are broke off (Sliders still there and they both move but would need to be replaced to be able to attach knobs) All push buttons working except the Tape Monitor Button, it pushes in but doesnt stay in. My opinion this equalizer is in overall good condition visually. Unable to fully test, selling As-Is for parts or repair. Please ask if you have any question or concerns.

Up for your consideration is a fine example of Pioneers top-of-the-line SG-9800 equalizer. This unit has been fully serviced and will provide many years of service for its next owner. All lamps and LEDs are functioning as they should. There are no dead spots in the sliders and all are noise free and working as intended. The face plate is near mint with only a couple of very slight scratches. The push-buttons do have ever so slight oxidation as does the cover. Please see the photos as they are an important part of the description. Overall, a very conservative 7 out of 10 cosmetically.
