Table spins.Lights light up. There is a grinding/scraping noise. Its cyclical, like maybe the platter is hitting part of the chassis? I think the video does a decent job of capturing it (turn your sound on). The start/stop button works but the up/down does not. The back hinges have the springs popped through (see pics).
