It works, but some of the lights won’t light up when switched on, given a tap or two on the top case with your palm, the lights work most of the time. TU-9900 is in good cosmetic condition, some marks are there though. It has straight two pins on power cable, those pins are made bent to go into the Australian mains socket. No adapters supplied. Works on 240V. No antennas supplied, when I took the picture two ordinary audio cables were used as antennas. This device is sold for parts or repair due to its described malfunctioning of the illumination/function lights and it is sold “as is” without any guarantee of future performance.
