This is a rare, vintage amplifier from Proton, with an advanced Dual-Mono design. It is in extremely nice condition, and has had the green illumination replaced after the bulbs finally went out. These have been replaced with a wonderful blue for a slightly updated look. The amplifier has an amazing 7db of dynamic headroom, which allows it to put out considerably more power for musical peaks, and the oversized power supply is able to cope with lower-impedance loads and double the rated power before dipping into that amazing headroom. Truly a fantastic amp, with construction not often seen these days! From a smoke-free home.
