This TiVo Series 4 Premiere is a great DVR to use for recording shows & movies. As well as streaming with select apps! Connect an (OTA) over-the-air antenna, or connect your cable TV for DVR use! (consult to cable provider for cable use.) This unit has some major damage on some spots. Notable a large dent on the side of the unit, more minor dents, some scuffs, a left over velcro strip, and screws missing. Best suggest a new case for it for normal use, motherboard and electronics arent damaged. The unit does turn on and boot. I bought this unit as-is before, when I received it and tested it, it was upgraded from a 320GB hard drive to a 2 TB hard drive. Recordings will be kept on for buyers liking. Comes with the correct remote. However it is worn down. This unit doesnt have Wi-Fi. You will need an Ethernet connection, TiVo Wireless G Adapter, or TiVo Wireless N Adapter for internet connectivity, (not included.) Once bought, you can transfer this DVR into your account with TiVo Support. I can give the case number since I transferred this service to my account for easier action.

Not sure if this unit has been used. Was nicely put back in box with original packaging and condition looks near mint. One thing I noticed is the remote is missing from the box.
