This is the Plessey Autochanger record deck from 1948. It plays 78rpm records only. I am listing it as spares or repair as it is not usable as it stands. However, the motor spins feely and the turntable turns. The idler wheel could do with resurfacing. The autochange mechanism seems to work after a fashion, but no doubt could do with servicing. There is some output from the cartridge, but not much. I will, if requested, send a copy of the original service data with the deck, but this must be requested with payment. Collection would be preferred from my home address near Wrexham, North Wales, otherwise it will be sent, packed with great care, by tracked courier service. Given the weight and fragility of this item, NO overseas shipping.
